The department is committed to supporting the mission of Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University to develop leaders of distinction Commerce, Business Administration and Public affairs. The goal of the department is to prepare its graduates so that they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed from day one.

They are advancing their field of expertise, regularly publishing their research papers in leading and reputed academic journals.
